Again Volcanic ash cloud in UK,this will re-direct the UK people?

| Last month, thousands of Britons were stranded overseas after ash shut down airspace across Europe.
The latest disruption started on Monday, and has confused many air travellers as authorities repeatedly closed, then reopened, airports.
Flights were grounded on Wednesday night in Northern Ireland, western Scotland and England's far south-west.
But the ash cloud moved west overnight and has cleared UK airspace, air traffic control body Nats said.
Volcanic ash cloud shuts Spanish airports
Spain has closed 15 airports as a cloud of ash from an Icelandic volcano drifts south over Western Europe.
National airport management agency Aena said nine airports closed early on Saturday and six more shut from 1200 local time (1000 GMT).
The restrictions would be in place until at least 1800, Aena said
Most flights between Europe and North America are being diverted because of the ash cloud's latest drifting, officials at Eurocontrol said. |

Judge ML Tahaliyani, while sentencing Ajmal Kasab to death on four counts and life on five others, said:
-
Undue sympathy will do more harm
- Keeping such a person alive will be a lingering danger to society
- This man has lost the right of getting humanitarian benefits
- Brutality was writ large, words can't explain the brutality
- The way he committed the offence, there is no chance of reform
- No evidence to substantiate that he was mentally or emotionally disturbed

What is the reason for death of Professor Srinivas Siras
written by admin, 2010-04-08 18:15:36.0

Doctor SK Vashnik told, "There's no conclusive cause for death that we have found so far... there are no signs of physical injury on body. It does not look like a heart attack, but we have preserved his heart and sent it to the lab. His stomach has also been preserved and sent to the lab to check for traces of poison."
Siras was found dead at his residence on campus at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) after neighbours complained of a stench. The police officer who broke down the main door of Siras' house says there was no suicide note, but adds that there's nothing to suggest Siras was murdered.
The house where Siras died turned into a landmine for him in February when he was filmed, unknown to him, and allegedly by students, while having consensual sex with another man.
The tapes were circulated among university officials who immediately suspended Siras, who taught Marathi in the Department of Modern Indian Languages. Siras challenged the decision in the Allahabad High Court and won his case last week.
The Aligarh Muslim University Teacher's Association (AMUTA) has asked for an inquiry to determine how Siras died. Some of the faculty allege that despite his court victory, the university did not tell Siras that he could get back to work.
"One thing is clear, he was subjected to severe harassment by the university authorities and was under intense mental pressure," AMUTA Secretary Jamshed Siddique said. |

Train collision in India kills over a dozen

|
| The Goa Express slammed into the stationary Mewar Express apparently because the driver overshot a signal to stop, said Anant Swaroop, spokesman for India's northern railway.
Indian Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee ordered an inquiry into the crash, according to CNN's sister station in India, CNN-IBN.
The Goa Express, bound for New Delhi from the western coastal state of Goa, was running on the same track as the Mewar, which shuttles between New Delhi and Udaipur, in western Rajasthan state. Both trains have stops in Mathura, about 90 miles south of New Delhi.
Rescuers had to cut trapped passengers from a wrecked car of the Mewar Express. The car had a special compartment for women, disabled passengers, cargo and train guards, said Aditya Verma, a senior police official in Mathura.

Bannerjee said victims' relatives would receive compensation of about $10,000, according to CNN-IBN. |
